Partial Status Policy

  • Partial status applies when we partially refund the remaining balance of an order. If we cannot deliver the full order, we refund the undelivered portion. For example, if you order 1000 units for ₦1,000 and we deliver 800 units, you will be refunded for the remaining 200 units, which would be ₦200.
  • After a partial completion, we can provide refills, but no further refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued as website credit, which can be used for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Fraudulent activities, such as using stolen credit cards, will result in account termination.

Order Processing and Support

  • If your order does not start within the stated 3-hour timeframe, you may create a support ticket after 3 hours via our Support.
  • The support team will address your issue within 12 to 24 hours. If unresolved within 24 hours, your issue will be escalated to a support admin, who has 6 working hours to resolve it.

Terms and Conditions

  • Multiple tickets or abusive behavior towards support staff will result in account suspension. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • If an order is unresolved within 24 hours, please send the order ID for cancellation via our Support. Cancellations take up to 12 hours.
  • For services with a start time of 0-6 hours, the solution time is 24 hours. For services with a start time of 24 hours, the solution time is 48 hours.
  • After an order is completed, we can provide refills but no refunds. Incorrect links and completed orders cannot be refilled or refunded.
  • If an order is automatically refunded, do not reorder the same service. Instead, choose a different service.
  • By using Plug SMM Service, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you have read and understood these terms fully. We are not liable for any losses if you do not read the terms.
  • We do not guarantee specific timelines for any services. Our best estimates are provided, but if it takes longer than expected, no refunds will be issued.
  • Terms of service can be modified without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before placing each order.
  • Rates may change at any time without notice. The refund policy remains in effect despite rate changes.
  • Misuse of language or repeated disturbance to support will result in account suspension.

Privacy Policy

  • We prioritize your privacy and take measures to protect your personal data. Any personal information received is used solely to fulfill your order and will not be sold or redirected to third parties.
