UNDERSTANDING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

When you place an order on our SMM panel, the order status can be one of the following six options:

1. PROCESSING

An order marked PROCESSING could mean one of two things:

  • The order has been received correctly, but our has not yet begun processing it.
  • There may be an issue with your order, such as an incorrect link format or an incorrect service selection.

To differentiate between these two scenarios:

If the delay is due to server delay, the order status should automatically change to PENDING or IN PROGRESS within 3 hours.

If the order remains in the PROCESSING status for longer than 3 hours, please verify that the order details are correct. If you are confident that there is no mistake, contact support via the WhatsApp button on the site.


2. PENDING

Orders marked PENDING have been acknowledged by the server and are awaiting delivery. The server has placed your order in a queue, and the timeframe for moving from this queue to actual delivery varies depending on the service. Note that some services, like Premium Nigerian Followers, might remain in PENDING even after delivery has started.


3. IN PROGRESS

When your order is IN PROGRESS, the server is actively delivering the service. The timeframe for delivery varies by service. For example, YouTube and Facebook services usually have longer delivery periods.


4. COMPLETED

An order marked COMPLETED indicates that the server has finished delivering the service as described.


5. CANCELED

Canceled orders are those that the server could not deliver. Cancellation can occur due to:

  • An issue with your order, such as an incorrect link or service selection. The server may automatically cancel the order after it has been marked as processing for some time.
  • Server downtime during the delivery of the order. In such cases, we prefer to cancel the order and refund your money rather than hold onto it. The money for a canceled order is automatically refunded to your account. If you believe there was no mistake on your part, you can place the order again.

6. PARTIAL

PARTIAL order indicates that the order was not fully delivered. For instance, if you ordered 500 followers but only received 200, you will only be charged for the delivered portion. The money for the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your account.

However, note that with some services, PARTIAL might indicate that the order was CANCELED. To distinguish a true PARTIAL order from one that was canceled and marked as PARTIAL, check if any part of the order was delivered. If nothing was delivered and the order is marked PARTIAL, please verify your order details to ensure there were no mistakes.
