- HIGH DROP: Indicates that more than 50% of the delivered service may decrease. For instance, if you purchase 2000 likes, over 1000 might drop.
- LOW DROP: Suggests that about 20% or less of the service might reduce over time.
- NON-DROP: Implies that less than 5% of the service is expected to decrease.
2. REFILL
If the service you ordered experiences a drop, you have the option to use the “Refill” feature if it’s available on your order history for that particular order.
- REFILL: This feature allows you to address drops at no additional cost, provided the service includes this option. Services with the Refill feature are generally higher quality, faster, and have a lower drop rate.
- NO REFILL: These services do not include a refill option. While we aim to provide quality service, refill requests may not always be fulfilled.
For the best experience, consider choosing services with the “Refill Active” feature.
3. GUARANTEED
“Guaranteed” services come with a promise of delivery. When you order from a category or service labeled as Guaranteed, we commit to delivering the service or issuing a full refund if we fail to do so.
- GUARANTEED: We guarantee delivery or offer a full refund if the service is not provided.
- NON-GUARANTEED: These services do not come with a delivery guarantee. Although we work hard to fulfill all orders, there may be occasional delivery issues. Support tickets and complaints related to Non-guaranteed services are not addressed.
